At Nightforus, we prioritize the health and safety of our community. Because our products are worn close to the skin, lingerie is considered a FINAL SALE item. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on "change of mind," style preference, or fit once the order has been delivered.

Defective or Damaged Items
I personally stand behind the quality of every piece I design. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, I am committed to making it right at no cost to you.
- Reporting an Issue: Please email me or using online chat within 14 days of delivery.
- What to Include: Your order number and clear photos of the defect.
- Our Resolution: For verified quality issues, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a free replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once our fulfillment process begins, we are unable to stop the shipment.
